How to Create Instagram Ads in Facebook’s Power Editor

  3. You can then select whether you want to create a new ad set or use an existing ad set. If you create an ad set, make sure to select "Instagram placement".
  4. Make a name for the Instagram ad and you will be able to fill in all the details. Once you're done making the ad, you can select "Upload Changes." Your ad will be able to run on both Instagram and Facebook. This maximizes exposure and kills two birds with one stone.
